Movie Mistakes (sudden dissapearences! )

Okay so recently the TMNT 2014 movie has come out on dvd/blueray etc in the UK so I thought awesome! Mine!
Anywho after watching it a few times through I notice a couple of pretty obvious mistakes. Now I'm not usually one for noticing these kinds of things (in movies) but I just had to know if anyone else spotted them.

Okay so the first one is when Donatello slings Raphael into Karai's truck. As they're trying to escape the foot down the snow hill. (Some of the fans have called it the wrecking ball scene, due to Miley Cyrus' s song). Now Raph crashes into the vehicle but as soon as the slow mo is over the truck spins out of control and Raph is nowhere to be seen, he just dissapears. Surely we would have seen him thrown off or role away or something at least.

The second, would be right at the end. When April goes to meet Vern (to check out his new car) she has her pedal bike with her. But from the moment the turtle brothers show up it somehow disappears. (From the way she runs over to them, and the fact that we can't hear the bike, if she had had it on her) We can later confirm that it has as we see the brothers driving off (with Mikey singing) that there's no bike but April by herself and the guys driving past a wrecked car.

Didn't wanna spoil the movie for all you turtle fans out there! But I was just astounded that they could make such foul ups.
